Instructor Biography

Kimberly has been teaching group exercise for over 10 years as both a class instructor in fitness clubs and as a college lecturer.  She believes people will benefit the most from exercise if they're having fun, and group exercise is just that!

Popular with all age groups and styles of group fitness, Kim offers the following Group Fitness Specialties:

 

Step Aerobics!  It's been around for over 20 years and still going strong!  A personal favorite.  It's a great workout and easy to do.  Great way to work the core, too!

 

 

 


Traditional Hi/Lo, 
Dance and Floor Aerobics never goes out of style.  Easy to follow, offers a variety of stages to meet the needs of all fitness levels, and all you need is a floor and some good music (and enthusiatic instructor!)

 

 

 


Strength Training, Physioball, Sport Yoga, and More!  Group exercise isn't just for aerobic conditioning, but is great for other forms of fitness such as conditioning, stretching, and balance-work.  

 

 

 

Zumba Fitness® is booming!  It's about dancing to fun music and just having a great time exercising!
